You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the courier or bring back to our warehouse by yourself, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE: Return Postage is NOT covered if you simply change your mind, purchased wrong product or wrong size. Every return item will be assessed by our warehouse staff. Fitness and Sport Warehouse have the rights to refuse the return or refund if item badly used or missing original packaging.
The Tibialis Training Bar is designed to target and strengthen one of the most overlooked muscles in the body- the tibialis anterior (front of the shin). Built from heavy-gauge welded steel, it’s durable enough for both home and commercial use and supports up to 150lbs of weight.
With its ergonomic sponge-padded design, this design provides comfort and protection for your feet while you train. By loading weight plates onto the bar and performing controlled toe raises, you can build stronger shins, improve ankle strength and stability and reduce the risk of common injuries like shin splints and knee pain.
Furthermore, the convertible plate holder comes with an easy-swap sleeve, allowing you to quickly switch between Olympic (2”/50mm) and Standard (1”/28mm) weight plates for convenience and flexibility in your training.
Beyond leg training, this machine can also be used for abdominal exercises to tone your core, or even for bicep curls, giving you a multi-function training option in one compact unit.
Secure Olympic or Standard plates tightly with the locking clamp. Sit with your knees supported and feet hanging, then hook the Tib Bar over your feet. Curl upwards through full ankle rotation, then lower back down under control.
