Shipping Policy

We using Australia Post, Direct Freight and etc. for your order delivery. The estimated delivery time period will between 3-5 days.

    If you wish to cancel your order:

    a. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;

    b. where goods have already been dispatched to you and left our warehouse, you have to return the goods at your own cost to us when you receive for order cancellation and refund. 

    c. Simply change of mind order cancellation will be accepted by return the item to our warehouse at your own cost. Please note the shipping costs for us to ship your order to you are non-refundable if you simply change of your mind for your order. We will check the items when they are arrive and will discuss with you for your return status and goods conditions for full refund or partial refund if products have been opened or used.

    You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

    Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

    The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

    a. in the event that the product has been used.

    b. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you

    Local Pick up is available but appointment is required.

    For Local Pick Up order, we will notify you when your order is ready to pick up by either email or call/SMS. You can always send us email or give us a call to check your pickup status.
